Melisha’s Healthcare career began over 25 years ago as a direct caregiver and Licensed Practical Nurse in the Long-Term Care and Rehabilitation field.  She went back to school and obtained her Registered Nurse licensed.  Melisha has worked as a charge nurse, Director of Nursing and Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. She hold a Masters Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in HealthCare from King University. In her role as Vice President of Quality Improvement and Clinical Services, Melisha is able to utilize her business and nursing skills to provide the best care possible for the patients we serve. She lives in Carroll County, Virginia. She is married to W.C. Darnell and the proud mother of two daughters; Courtnie and Carson, and a son; Chris. Melisha enjoys the outdoors, spending time with her family, and traveling.
