Activities Director: The Activities Director plans, organizes, and oversees activities that promote physical, emotional, and social well-being while enhancing each resident’s quality of life. This role works closely with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team to create meaningful experiences in a fun, supportive environment. Creativity, compassion, and strong organizational skills are essential.
Activities Assistant: The Activities Assistant assists in planning and leading recreational, social, and therapeutic activities that promote engagement, independence, and quality of life. The Activities Assistant works closely with residents and the interdisciplinary team to encourage participation and provide a fun, supportive environment. Compassion, creativity, and a passion for working with older adults are essential.
