Environmental Services Director: The Environmental Services Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of housekeeping, laundry, and facility cleanliness to ensure a safe, sanitary, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors. This role supervises staff, develops cleaning and infection control practices, and ensures compliance with all regulatory and safety standards. The Director also manages department scheduling, supplies, and budgets while promoting a high standard of quality and customer service throughout the facility.

Housekeeping Aide: The Housekeeping Aide is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors within the nursing home. Duties include cleaning resident rooms, common areas, and restrooms, following infection control and safety guidelines, and ensuring proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment. This role plays a vital part in supporting resident health and satisfaction by promoting a sanitary, welcoming setting throughout the facility.

Laundry Aide: The Laundry Aide is responsible for ensuring that residents’ clothing and facility linens are cleaned, dried, and distributed in a timely and sanitary manner. This role operates laundry equipment, sorts and processes items according to infection control standards, and maintains an organized and efficient laundry area. The Laundry Aide works closely with housekeeping and nursing staff to support a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents while following all safety rules.
