Director of Food & Nutrition Services: The Director of Food & Nutrition Services is responsible for overseeing all dietary operations within the facility to ensure residents receive nutritious, high-quality meals that meet their clinical and personal needs. This role supervises dietary staff, manages food service budgets and inventory, develops menus in collaboration with clinical teams, and ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. The Director promotes resident satisfaction, food safety, and a positive dining experience while maintaining a clean, efficient, and well-organized department.
Food and Nutrition Services Manager: The Food and Nutrition Manage assists the Director in leading the dietary team in providing nutritious, high-quality meals for residents. The Manager oversees kitchen operations, staff supervision, food safety compliance, budgeting, and resident satisfaction to ensure an exceptional dining experience.
Cook: The Cook prepares and serves meals according to planned menus, dietary requirements, and food safety standards while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. This role works closely with dietary staff to ensure residents receive quality meals that support their health, comfort, and well-being. Strong teamwork, reliability, and commitment to exceptional resident care are essential.
Food & Nutrition Aide: The Food and Nutrition Aide assists with meal preparation, tray assembly, meal service, and kitchen cleanup while following food safety and sanitation standards. The Food & Nutrition Aide works closely with the dietary team to ensure residents receive nutritious meals and excellent customer service in a clean, welcoming environment. Compassion, teamwork, and attention to detail are essential for supporting residents’ health and satisfaction.
