American Healthcare has partnered with Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC. Continuum will be our new therapy provider for Heritage Hall Rich Creek and South Roanoke Nursing Home.

Continuum Therapy was founded in 2021 based out of Charlotte, NC specializing in physical, occupational, and speech therapy.
