My Healthcare career began over 25 years ago as a direct caregiver and Licensed Practical Nurse in the Long-Term Care and Rehabilitation field.  I went back to school and obtained my Registered Nurse licensed.  I have worked as a charge nurse, Director of Nursing and Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. I hold a Masters Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in HealthCare from King University. In my role as Vice President of Quality Improvement and Clinical Services, I am able to utilize my business and nursing skills to provide the best care possible for the patients we serve. I live in Carroll County, Virginia. I am married to W.C. Darnell and the proud mother of two daughters; Courtnie and Carson, and a son; Chris. I enjoy the outdoors, spending time with my family, and travel.
