Please join us in congratulating Kelsey Becksted on her promotion to Regional Social Services Director for Heritage Hall!

Kelsey began her journey with Heritage Hall in 2021 as the Admissions and Marketing Director at our Rich Creek facility. In 2023, she transitioned into the role of Social Services Director and quickly became known for her leadership, compassion, and deep understanding of resident needs. As of February 2025, she now oversees all Social Services Directors and Social Workers across our 16 facilities.

With over a decade of experience in the social work field, Kelsey brings a well-rounded perspective to long-term care. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Concord University and has worked in multiple areas of human services, including child and adult protective services, substance abuse, counseling, court advocacy, and family support programs.

Originally from California, Kelsey has called West Virginia home since the age of two. She currently lives in Princeton with her beloved German Shepherd, Bella. Outside of work, she enjoys going to the gym, attending concerts, and spending time with her family, friends, and her dog.

We’re incredibly proud to have Kelsey in this leadership role. Her passion for advocacy and resident-centered care continues to inspire those around her.
