Heritage Hall in Nassawadox, Virginia, offers a country setting close to the Chesapeake Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. It is the only long term care facility in Northampton County and is convenient to the entire Eastern Shore as well as southern Maryland and the Tidewater area.
