Heritage Hall - Lexington

With bright skylights and large windows overlooking a quiet neighborhood, Heritage Hall Lexington is nestled between a middle school and the community pool and is within walking distance of the city’s celebrated historic downtown. Community events, social gatherings, and regularly scheduled outings allow residents to enjoy the magnificent scenery of the surrounding Shenandoah Valley.

We are the first-choice for local physicians and we specialize in skilled nursing and rehab following hospitalization. We’re proud to have a well-respected program of inpatient and outpatient speech, occupational and physical therapy for short-term residents seeking to build their strength and return home. For individuals needing extended care, our specialized, home-like care setting uses an experienced and nurturing staff, as well as a specialized security system for an added level of safety.

With our strong commitment to community, we promote several shop-local initiatives, and sponsor projects like a local radio show for seniors, the annual Bull & Oyster Fest, and the annual Shenandoah Valley Senior Expo. For more than 20 years, we have employed over 70 local employees, making us Lexington’s largest tax-paying employer.
