Heritage Hall - Blackstone

Heritage Hall Blackstone has been a member of the charming Blackstone community for over 30 years and is a 2015 AHCA Silver Quality Award winner. We’re located on Main Street of our small town, making us convenient to restaurants and many historic attractions. We’re proud to have some of the most modern technology and treatments available including our use of solar power, electronic medical records, speech, occupational and physical therapy, and a specialty locked dementia unit with the services of a private psychologist. Our well-respected therapy department draws residents from Nottoway County and neighboring Lunenburg, Mecklenburg, Brunswick, Dinwiddie and Amelia counties.

We specialize in skilled nursing and rehab following a major hospitalization and offer semi-private and private rooms for short-term residents seeking to build their strength and return home. For residents needing extended care, our specialized home-like program offers experienced staff, a full calendar of activities and outings, and community volunteers focused on making you feel at home. Our Alzheimer’s unit is a locked facility with enclosed courtyards and expert, specialized care. We are also proud to hold one of the few 0-deficiency life safety inspections awarded in the state. Heritage Hall Blackstone employs 160 local residents in the lovely rural Piedmont region.
